Ways to Donate

1)     Donate to BCYP online:  Online credit card donations can be made at CanadaHelps. Donations can be earmarked specifically to Parliament, to Camp Phoenix or to the Alumni Society, and can also be made in honour of a current Member.  Electronic tax receipts are issued instantaneously by CanadaHelps.

2)   Donate to BCYP by mail:  Donation cheques can be mailed to the Minister of Finance at the address listed below.  Cheques should be made payable to “British Columbia Youth Parliament”.  Donations can be earmarked specifically to Parliament or to Camp Phoenix, and can also be made in honour of a current Member by enclosing a short note with the cheque.  The Minister will only issue a tax receipt if a written request is included with the cheque.

3)   Donate an auction item to BCYP:  Items, including gift certificates, gift baskets, artwork and household items, for our Sweet Dreams Auction can be donated by contacting the Minister of Community Fundraising.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tax receipts for all items donated under this category.
